These court cases will start tearing apart things like the (un)patriot act. Again showing the wisdom of our founding fathers when they set up three branches of government each of whom can check the other two.
There is a lot of room for discussion, very loud discussion I'm sure, on how true this all is. But I knew this was coming from day one, it was just a matter of time. And I say again, about time.
