They just sent me their contract and it is in no way acceptable. I need to
find either a standard contract that includes a cancellation policy (ie if
they cancel within so many days they still owe money).
Does anyone have a contract like this? I am just starting the negotiations
and frankly I'm willing to walk away from it if the terms don't satisfy me.
