The owners of the stations don't set the prices.  Our village mayor owns the
local convenience store.  He is told (maybe recommended would be a better
word) what to set the prices at by his distributor (I think that's who he
said... he sells gas for Citgo).  Our prices are still relatively steady...
he had to raise the price I think 3 cents per gallon, from $1.48 to $1.51.
