I know America will survive, and I have complete faith that our government will exact the appropriate and just amount of retribution required. We, on the other hand must figure out ways that we can help in the rebuilding efforts. While sitting in my home, feeling completely helpless to do anything, I came up with an idea. Mostly from my experience with some of you, in the days that my company, G.Triad, was a key player in the business of building the Internet infrastructure. We must join to create a group of organized systems, programming, and operations personnel, and offer our help as a unit to affected organizations in the NY area. Right now, scattered efforts to help and offers of assistance are not doing anyone, any good. However there are hundreds of companies in the NY/NJ area who need the assistance of organized teams of technical individuals to aid in the effort to bring back our economy and business landscape as quickly as possible. I ask you all, if you are so inclined to help with such an endeavor, to contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I will be creating a unit of balanced and organized technical help who can effectively move, change, or rebuild data center and Internet operations for affected companies. We will do this gratis for the period of time required to rebuild. This is purely a non-profit, and giving effort. Consultants looking for payouts need not apply.
