Vinny,
Amex is a client of ours (Communication Concepts in NE Philadelphia). We
had a few people from our office going up to meet with Amex yesterday
when everything happened. Luckily, they were on the NJ Turnpike and
hadn't made it into the city yet. And one of our Customer Service Reps
were talking on the phone with someone there at Amex when it happened. I
hope that everybody got out ok. I feel for you. Hang in there, we're all
here for you.
As for work - I'm trying, but its tough.

I'm working from home, as my transportation into Manhattan is
non-existant. I'm trying to fight through some sadness and anger, so
work seems to be the best away of coping. Our mail servers (I work for
Amex) were located in the towers, so we are obviously having a lot of
difficulty.
