I think that for the purposes of the intended audience (a bunch of ColdFusion Developers...) a single .NET list would suffice for questions that might arise.  If there is need for a more focused list, there are plenty of them out there...  It's just nice sometimes to get information that you need from one source...

with that, my vote is for .Net-talk.  Net-talk (with no period) might be mistaken for Network Administration issues...

  .NET is too broad to cover with one mailing list.
  There are some of us that will be interested in C#.net.
  A few others might be interested in the ASP.net.
  While others are more concerned with .NET as a frame-work.
