Anybody ever go to start DW (MX2k4 on Win2k), get the splash screen for like
a fraction of a second, and then nothing? It just closes? process is
stopped.
Reinstalled, and same thing.
he called MM, and got escalated to level 2 tech support...level 2 tech is
supposed to call him. They told him that yesterday. Now it's today. No
call yet. If he's not working, he's talking to me...so I have a vested
interest in getting him working again.
Does anybody have any ideas?
