I'm part owner in a business - potential clients always mistake me for being
older and as such experienced beyond my years.
Just last week we had potential investor in town. We were reviewing staff
and he commented one my guys as being "just a kid" The guy is a year younger
than I am. Needless to say we didn't discuss my age ;)

Hey, to you folks that went "prematurely" gray (definition subjective,
here), have you noticed any advantages to being gray at an early age?
E.g. more respect in the workplace, interviews, etc?
