One of the local school boards shut down yesterday because of a near race
riot involving arab students. At first I was shocked, until I learned the
cause of the near riot. A group of Arab students were making comments in
school shortly after the attack gloating over what happened. Thier attitude
was quite celebratory. When braced by other students about this the riot
was stopped only because security stepped in.
Similar incidents to this have taken place all over Louisiana. I have
reliable stories from friends at 5 different universities describing similar
events. Some of the Arab students seem to think that because they are not
citizens, they can behave like they are on the streets of Iraq or Palestine.
I have this to say. "You are in America. If you think the country needs to
be destroyed, leave! If you want to be productive citizens, we welcome you.
But don't purposely provoke our citizens and expect not to be stomped. You
aren't in Palestine or Iraq or where ever you are from."
I will treat everyone with respect, until they prove otherwise. Do not
gloat about the attack in front of me. I have missing friends from the Army
who worked in the Pentagon. Remember, Louisiana has lots of snakes, and
some have legs. Don't piss me off.
