My Windows 2000 Pro desktop will not put a link on the tak bar when I first open a program unless I click on the window. This happens as soon as the PC is rebooted and I have 1GB RAM so I don't think it's a memory issue. The PC was fine for 3 years or so - this just started happening a month or two ago.
I have NAV running and ran Adaware a few times without finding any spyware.
Any ideas?
