I used to drink crystal light, like it was going out of style, I mean gallon
or so per 2 day period...yeah, I know, reason, aspartame makes ya more
thirsty... not good. also causes tremors, I started to notice this far
before I knew about the danger, and panic attacks, yes all of the above,
without knowing, then I started reading about it, quit cold turkey, and
things are getting back to normal.
