Easy download from Activestate.com.
Then just set a cron job to fire every 30 seconds, fetch the content, and save out the parts you need.

I would like to capture text from a web page that refreshes every 30
seconds. It is a radio playlist that I have open on my desktop. I would like
it to save in the background to a file.
Not having CF installed, I can't use cfhttp.
I don't care if there are duplicates in the text.
Is there a muncher that I can point at the site and just let it run?
Dreaming perhaps...
