Yes, I usually cycle through. Been doing it since 1992-1993ish with
Clartin when it was a prescription.
MD said shots were useless for me. I'm allergic to a lot of things
including dust. Most ACs aren't cleaned properly and it circulates the
dust, which is probably why I'm suffering so much right now. I've only
begun using Bendryl two years ago.
I'm going to look into this Whole Foods stuff that Sandy recommended.
