Clarinex for my predictable seasonal allergy (tree pollen) and generic otc
whatever for most else.
I concur on the nasal washes. I had to do these as part of a cold virus
study once and was hooked. 5-10 ml of saline (table salt + water works as
well, not too strong, and preferably body temperature!) in one nostril with
head tipped back and only breathing through your mouth. Count to 5, tip
forward, blow, repeat for other side. It really does work, but you need a
sink and to not laugh while you're doing it!
