Media Player and PowerDVD both allow for this.

Hey guys do you know of a program that will play movie files in a directory
one after another, as if they were all on one disc? I just ripped a DVD
that has 25 chapters and i would get a bunch of VOB files in one folder. I
just need a way to play a file and thentransition to the next file
seamlessly.
