Not true at all. In fact that is the great thing about this country, you can
complain about anything you want.

A wise man once asked the question,

Is it better to vote or to complain about the policies so that those who do
vote will be able to make reasonably informed choices.

Having said that, I do vote every chance I get, it is the responsibility of
each US Citizen and it is a disservice to this country if you don't.

Even if you don't pick any candidate on the ballot, you should at least show
up at the polls, and register your abstainment.

Abstainment - I think I just made up a word :-) - The act of abstaining.
