intended to go to York University in Toronto, but thanks to Brian
Mulrooney and his slashing of all research funding, I ended up going
to the US. After I met, and later married Wendy, I ended up staying
here. I figure that since I've been here so long and bitch regularly
about things US, I really ought to put my money where my mouth is.
However to some extent I still consider myself a Western Canadian, but
at the same time I've made a life committment to this nation.
