"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"
How much more obvious is it? Given that statement, what laws regarding
religion can you see that Congress can pass? Only ones that reinforce
it. Like saying that people can't force you to pray to someone else's
god.
