Children - Play nice

The good news is that I've enhanced the speed of some key pages on the site. The bad news is that certain list members are not playing nice. Please try to respect your fellow ColdFusion programmers. You can debate and disagree with their stance on things, but if I hear more cursing, personal attacks, etc. I'm going to start washing peoples mouths out with soap.
Yes, I run the list so I can do it.

BTW, I've got over 9 years hands on CF experience. Anyone wanting to quote their years in the trenches had better point to some articles written, posts made to help others, community sites done or something else or the years will just not impress me.
