Most bike shop sales people sell you more bike than you need. I have owned
everythign from $100 bikes to $1400 mountian bikes... All of which I
determined through research and test rides. I agree.. Go test ride, but
naroow down your choices first.

Giant is making a strong appearance but TREK still holds my attention since
I have had great experience with them in the past. Performance stores are a
huge ripoff IMO. If you can wait a few days buy stuff online and save a lot
of $$$$.
