Oh no, I see his logic. You see, we already have thousands of nukes, so we
aren't "developing" them. ;)

This _dumb_ seem like a stupid statement to make. I'm not saying we should
dump all our nukes right now this second, but at least admit we have a
_significant_ amount of such weapons.
