belies our "bully status" in alot of people's eyes: apparently it is okay
for US to develop/test/and actually use nukes on another country, but some
other nation cannot develop a nuclear program because that contributes to
instability in the world. now I'm not saying it was wrong to nuke Japan. i
feel it was the right decision, but what gives us the right to claim that
other people having nukes is a bad idea?

aren't "developing" them. ;)
This _dumb_ seem like a stupid statement to make. I'm not saying we should
dump all our nukes right now this second, but at least admit we have a
_significant_ amount of such weapons.
