Someone here (Doug?) was saying that saline spray works as well for
them as Rx versions. A careless officemate (another rant, another day)
recently spilled my bottle of Rhinocort, causing me to run out before
I could refill the prescription. I did not find that saline works for
me but I tend to prefer low-cost low-tech solutions where they are
available so I thought I'd come back to this question and see if I
have the idea right before I dismiss it as not for me.

For those that saline spray works for... (or steam for that matter)
what symptoms are you treating exactly? Runny nose? Stuffy nose? Dry
nose? Sinus pain? If sinus pain, is this on your cheeks or above your
eyes? Is the theory that you are washing out the allergens?

Appreciate any feedback.
