Yes, the U.S. has done some bad things in its history. But ...
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Vietnamese have never hired terrorists
to fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Chileans have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Mexicans have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Brazilians have never hired terrorists
to fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Panamians have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Philipininans have never hired
terrorists to fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Germans have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Japanese have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Chinese have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
If the U.S. is so bad, how come the Koreans have never hired terrorists to
fly our planes into our buildings, killing thousands.
And obviously, I could go on.
The U.S. has committed transgressions both real and imagined against many
countries and many peoples. Some I can defend (Germany, Japan), some I
cannot (Chili).
But the point is, these peoples have not chosen acts of cowardice and
reprehensible evil to seek revenge.
It boggles the mind that so many people here seem quick to defend the
terrorists and attack the United States.
You can name me no transgression by the United States that could possibly
justify this attack.
Let me repeat that to make my point clear:
YOU CAN NAME ME NO TRANSGRESSION BY THE UNITED STATES THAT COULD POSSIBLY
JUSTIFY THIS ATTACK.
Of all the peoples, the Muslim nations have the least to be angry at the
U.S. about. We have made them rich. We have protected many of them. We have
not taken any unjust acts against them. Yes, we've bombed some of them and
we've supported their enemy Israel, but these are just and righteous acts.
How come you never hear praise from the Middle East for the U.S. committing
troops and sacrificing American lives to protect Muslims in Kosvo? Yet,
this is the thanks we get.
Most of the Muslim world is peaceful and peace loving. They want to see the
lunatics removed from their midst as much as we do. It's about time we got
busy taking care of business.
There is also no justification for the U.S. not responding with military
force.
