when all your external stylesheets are imports. If that is the case, make
one a link.

Well, I took a little time to redo some of the tables and CSS and it's
working great with a single exception; it's slow. The page is coming down
fast but there's a delay between it coming from the server and rendering. I
think I may have screwed up the CSS or something to cause the delay.

I'll post up my first tries with no tables after some sleep. I'm not to sure
of it yet and trying now would be a bad thing.
