I'm saying that he interweaves truth and hyperbole. And he uses
hyperbole, straw man arguments, non-sequiters, etc to derive what he
honestly believes to be true conclusions. But the methodology itself
is untenable and generally leads to a fallacious logical construct.
Is lying the same as unknowingly reaching a false conclusion? I don't
think so. Can this flawed methodology occasionally accidentally reach
correct conclusions? Yes. But I will be skeptical of the conclusions
because of the methodology.
I'm critical of people like Michael Moore and James Carvell about
exactly the same thing.
