I don't suppose anyone here remembers, but in Arthur C. Clarke's novel
2001, the Discovery's mission was to go to the moon Iapetus, where the
crew's survivors encountered the TMA II monolith.
Unfortunately the Cassini spacecraft has shown no monoliths on that moon.
