7:30 so I could get to downtown Silver Spring by 9:00 where boss wrote
down every time I arrived as much as one minute late :) his attitude
was that I should live closer, but of course he didn't pay me enough
to do that...
Seriously, it was a beautiful drive until I got to Frederick, and then
it bogged down in *stupid* traffic. On I-70 people stay to the right
and maintain normal highway driving rules. On 270 ride three abreast
at five miles less than the speed limit because they are all
unwrapping their Egg McMuffins, and if you flash your headlights they
shoot you the finger :)

Lets see, I would start out at around 5:45 in the morning down i-66,
then the beltway to route 50 to arrive just before 8am in Croton. All
throughout rushhour. That ugly trip makes I270 seem like a country
lane, especially on the drive back, as they were widening I66 from the
Fairfax county line to Manassas.
