legitimate thread of weapons of mass destruction
use of chemical/biological weapons on an unsuspecting populace
when another country attacks or invades
none of which have occurred that I know of in recent history, with the
possible exception of sept. 11th although I'm unsure if the attack was
initiated by a country or by a radical group ...
