Thank you ALL, I appreciate it.  Best Buy has this Compaq model that fits into my budget and what I need for, so, it's not that I'm into Compaq sort of thing.  Also, it's kind of ugly, but man, I'm not picking a wife here:) any one disagree on this, I would saluate you ::)
On Oracle end, forget it if it won't fit in.  And thanks for the note on driver thing.  One thing, I don't get it though, most of laptop/notebook computers regardless of price tag, almost all uses XP home edition, so oxymoronic, wouldn't business want to use laptop/notebook as well? and if so, would XP home edition good enough? Maybe for the mom/pop type and the like is yes.
