Test Tube babies

Hey guys, my significant other is one of the first 100 (or somewhere near there) test tube babies.  I think i've asked her this once but was wondeirn what u guys think, or if u know of someone else in the same situation

My quesiton is, dont they keep track of you to see how you are doing and stuff like that?  she told me no.  But I am sure they do somehow to make sure their stuff is working good!

Any of you guys know?
