I suppose you could use Doug's initial interpretation which is that a
production server is fine if you call it a "demonstration". As in "Our
production site is running smooth as silk on this MS product".
There can also be a case made that running a production server falls under
the definition of "internal business use" (since "internal" is a vague word
in a networked world).
