Doug is right on about that IMO.
Also about the malady, but you could also take Metamucil - don't laugh it's
not just for greyhairs and it's just psyllium husks. Does wonders for the
internal plumbing...
I wasn't sure if he wanted a serious answer! :-) Posting a "problem" like
that indicated he is spending entirely too much time in front of the computer!
(a greyhair who does not require Metamucil! :-)
