For the record here's the miltary service of several members of the
Bush administration and pro Bush commentators:
George H.W. Bush, during the Vietnam War heserved in a Cadillac
squadron of the national guard, reputedly went AWOL for several
months.
Dick Cheney: Claimed to have "other priorities" rather than serve in Vietnam.
Richard Perle: Spent Vietnam enrolled at the University of Chicago.
Rush Limbaugh: Avoided Vietnam due to anal cysts. (my comment
apparently they may have gone to his head).
Pat Robertson: Pulled out of Korea by his US Senator father as
hostilities began.
John Ashcroft: Deferred his Vietnam tour of duty to teach business education.
Bill O'Reilly: Avoided Vietnam through college deferments.
Trent Lott: A hardship exemption meant that he served as a college
cheerleader instead.
Tom Delay: Claimed he could not get into the army because it was too
full of minorities to find room for him.

Also been confirmed by google and other public sources.
Such bravery and dedication to service to the country.
Given the record of these stalwart supporters of the president,
perhaps the republican party should keep very quiet about Kerry's
record.
