That GeForce MX doesn't cut it at all anymore :-)
Time to move on.

Check this out, a Radeon 9800

Not a PRO version , but still cool.
For'budget' cards, there is the 9600XT. The next rung up is the 9800 PRO, then
the 9800 XT.

ATI ruled this series of graphics hardware, so it doesn't make sense purchasing
a similarly classed Nvidia card.

The next step up would be the ATI Radeon X800 Pro.
This is where you have a choice, between going with the ATI Radeon X800 Pro or
the Nvidia Geforce 6800GT.
The two cards are similarly priced, but you can perhaps find a 6800GT for about
50 dollars or so less than the X800 Pro.

I have 768 Mb of system memory.

I know this may start a flame war, but are there any cards I should steer
clear from?  Any awesome deals at that price point?
