Yea, couple of those are in the DC Who's Who for that section of C...
Was so silly, when Marvel put out the Marvel Universe there were about
30 of them - 1-2 for each letter and two for the dead fuckers (a-m and
n-z). So of course, DC had to do the same thing... But DC had to have
like 3-5 per letter of the alphabet for all the god awful "who in
god's name thought of this crap" characters they've swilled out over
the years...

but I digress...

Jim Balent's is the only CatWoman costume I actually like. But then I
prefer the artwork in those in in general. I have that graphic novel
specifically somewhere around here. Great book actually.
