My quesiton is this - why does a link between Saddam and Bin Laden
categorically mean that Saddam had a hand in the 9/11 plot?
We're not the only country that has proven informaiton tying the two
together. That Saddam helped pay for terrorism throughout the world
is known - wasn't it Iraq that was sending $20,000 checks to the
families of walking bombs in Israel?
Bin Laden's organization has been tied to a LOT of terrorist attacks,
from the bombing of the USS Cole to the Kobar towers. Did Saddam
order any of those? Doubtfull. Did he indirectly support it? I
would have to assume so.
The link is there, but that doesn't matter in my eyes. Personally,
Iraq is a country that should have been dealt with earlier and now has
received it's just due. But then again, I'm a right-wing warmongering
capitolist pig.
