Lol..well...they certainly don't want you to use a proxy to get around their
restrictions *chuckle*
You could perhaps set up a proxy on your machine at home (with a dedicated IP?)
and then use that to surf to sites?


If it allows you to hook out to external proxies by hardwiring them into your IE
settings.


Other than that, the only web based proxy I know of is Anonymiser.
