OE doesn't have integrated spam filtering like other products do. And
the limited rules don't work with the header rewrites that my email
server uses to flag spam. What I need is a rule that lets me say "look
for a phrase like: 'X-Spam-Score: *******' that my email server
appends to the email header. But OE appears to only support matching
against a limited set of fields in the head.

I also really don't like the message quoting scheme in OE/Outlook.
