here. If your not receiving the mail it can be one of 2 things.
1. someone is blocking it somewhere
2. My system can't connect to your mail server and is just dumping the mail
after trying for 25 hours.
As for posting, that can either be the connection between your mail server
and mine, a block between us or me. I'll check all the logs tonight to find
the reason.

I have not been receiving the vast majority of list messages for the last
couple of weeks. I get a half-dozen apparently random posts a day only. And
I can not post replies to the list by e-mail. I have asked our internal
network/mail administrator and she can not see anywhere that these messages
are being blocked on our end. I tried sending you an e-mail about this
yesterday and it was bounced. Are we being blocked for some reason at your
end?
