Too much tiny text and tiny images it makes me feel claustrophobic.
I think if the right nav bar wasn't there, that would clean it up a lot.
How about a neat graphic bar along the top wher the Homepage, About
Parts Express etc. is , and throw the
free catalog links etc. there. You could have those links as different
colors/fonts to allow them to stand out a bit more.
I think the left navigation bar must be there, but something could be
done to remove the right nav bar.
Also the shop with confidence stuff could be less in your face.
The listings for the products could be ..maybe delineated a bit better
with some very light pastel colored table cells or more whitespace to
seperate them from the left navigation a bit more.
I feel as though there needs to be more space between the images and the
left nav bar.
I think the layout could be reworked a bit to make it more attractive
and usable.
It has great content though..wow!
That's an impressive list of products! :)
Anyways, all this is just IMHO, and I'm not a designer ^_^
