Quite a bit. :)

I'd heard of church(es) doing this before, I was just surprised to see
it in the form of spam. Although in retrospect I guess if they're just
doing it to make money it wouldn't be much different than your typical
pyramid scheme. Religion as multi-level-marketing as religion...
strange. Although the reverse (multi-level-marketing as religion)
seems to have always been the case. I think that's about the only way
mlm people actually make any money.
