How many ways to copy an Access file from one machine to another on Windows network?

Well, the incentive to solve the problem is not huge but I feel an obligation to do so.

*) set up an ftp server on target machine, write a cf template do the ftping and schedule it;

*) scheduler nt crob job to "copy xyz.mdb \targetMachine\DIR"?

*) newer Access (say, 2000 or 2003) has feature on its own that allows one to schedule a backup to another machine?
