McD's is localized.
They have southern type sandwhiches here in Georgia.
In Tokyo they sell teriyaki burgers.
In Canada they sell "poutine"
In England they sold Cadbury's Cream Egg McFlurry and their Egg
McMuffins were definitely "different"
It might have been a "stock" commercial, then edited for the area. To
save money.
