What's interesting is that the Federal Election rules which guarantee
equal time would only allow Bush to make a rebuttal.  According to the
rules, it doesn't matter if the airtime is pro or against you, it's
face time that counts so since Kerry is the subject, Bush would get
the rebuttal.  How F'ed up is that?
