Most multi-level marketed products will do it as well. My wife and I
once looked into a product called "Sunrider" (similar to Herbalife, I
guess).
Sunrider Lady: There have been people with cancer whose cancer went
away after they started using Sunrider products.
Me: So it cures cancer?
SL: I didn't say that.
Me: But you said these people had cancer...and after using Sunrider,
the cancer went away?
SL: Yes.

Gotta give her credit for at least trying to not violate FDA
regulations (my assumption is that there was/is -some- sort of FDA
regulation that wouldn't allow her to explicitly state "cures
cancer").
