This is just speculation on my part but I'm guessing turnout will be low. Pollsters always say it depends on the weather the day of the election, but I think people in Florida have been so hammered that they might be too pre-occupied with putting their lives back together to vote. Public services may not be fully operational and that could discourage poor voters and older voters. In general a low turnout is going to favor the Republicans, but I don't know how that shakes out in Florida.
