Actually, no.
The problem with inbreeding is that it is more likely to reinforce
recessive traits. Many (though not all) of these are bad. Examples
would include being prone to heart disease, autism, and having blue eyes.
Assuming God created Adam and Eve to be perfect specimins of humanity,
they wouldn't have the negative recessive traits to pass on. I guess
these were introduced later, after being booted from Eden.
Anyway, the point is that interbreeding for one generation has a very
small chance of causing the bad effects we associate with it. It's when
you do it for generations that you have a problem.
