Clinton did something that he knew was wrong. Then knowingly lied about it.
Bush did something that he (and a lot of people) believed was right, based on information he thought was right.

You don't see a distinction here?

You seem to be judging the flaw based on its consequences, instead of its origins.....which are far graver in reference to Bush, as you pointed out.
