What a nice stadium. It wasn't Yankee Stadium by any means ... And
barely have full - but it was fun.
I saw quite a few Mets fans and had a couple sitting behind us, so I
wasn't the only one rooting them on :P
One Met fan was even like "Hey thumbs up! Nice jersey! Better team than
mine!" guffaw, guffaw, etc etc.
I took a picture of this pretty blonde Mets fan for Howie - when we drag
the pics off, I'll send a link :)
We came in during the last several innings of the first game (double
header due to rain the night before) and had a few drinks in the Bud
Zone, high above the field towards the back by the scoreboard. The Mets
eventually won that game ... But lost the evening game. But not before
taking out the Braves pitcher (Jaret Wright) in the third inning. By a
direct hit right to his shin. Boom! Down he went. Got it all on camera
too ;) :D
Yesh yesh - all in all - great night!
